With Brazilian roots and raised in the countryside of Israel, she has pursued a global career in fitness, splitting her time between Tel Aviv and Amsterdam. Since 2009, she has worked with multiple global fitness brands, serving as a Les Mills trainer, head of continued education for Holmes Place, and master trainer for BlazePod Israel, where she combines her passion for movement, rehabilitation, and exercise.
